Successful ACCREDITATION CANADA Inspection

Today’s inspection environment and culture has now evolved toward robust oversight of ICHSC’s with the objective to strengthen the quality, enhance patient safety and the provision of care as outlined in the Accreditation Canada ICHSC Diagnostic Standard.

As of 2024, the oversight of ISCHC's has migrated from the CPSO to Accreditation Canada with new and updated requirements, standards and processes for all ICHSC's.

Being unprepared for this new oversight environment can result in numerous hours and costs to address the recommendations or worse, an ICHSC can be forced to shut down.
